Random exquisite gift are sent randomly (shipped after the end of the pre-order phase).
Birthday shopping credits must be used within 60 days of issuance.
Shopping credits / bonus points: Can only be used on orders of NTD 1,000 or above. Maximum deduction per order: 20% of the total amount.
Bonus Points Policy (1 point = NTD 1):

- Seedling Member: 1% reward, NTD 100 → 1 point.
- VIP: Double reward, NTD 100 → 2 points (2%).
- VVIP: Triple reward, NTD 100 → 3 points (3%).
- Super: Premium reward, NTD 100 → 5 points (5%).

Once you reach VIP or above within a calendar year, you will enjoy membership benefits for the entire following year. If no purchases are made during the following year, your membership will expire at the end of that year.
