To help you stay updated with the latest European baby & toddler brands, we offer a bi-weekly pre-order system, allowing you to select products in sync with Europe in a flexible and convenient way.

📍 Pre-Order Process

• Pre-order Frequency: Open for orders every two weeks.
  

• We consolidate brand selections regularly and open pre-orders bi-weekly.

• Opening and closing times will be announced in advance via Instagram/Facebook.

• Orders are confirmed and placed collectively after the pre-order deadline.

• Your order will be placed to European brands within 1–2 business days after the pre-order closes.

• No cancellations or changes to the pre-order after submission.

• Estimated delivery time: About 3–4 weeks after order closing.

Delivery Timeline:

• European brands typically ship to European warehouses within 3–5 days.

• Inspection, sorting, and repackaging take approximately 3 days.

• International shipping takes about 10–14 days to reach Taiwan.

• In case of stock shortages or product discontinuation, we will notify you promptly and offer refunds or alternative selections.

• Due to international shipping, packaging boxes may have minor dents or scratches.
