Most of our products are pre-ordered from European designer brands and shipped directly by air.
We carefully select these fresh and unique items just for you.
To ensure a smooth shopping experience, please read the following pre-order guidelines:

📦 About the Pre-Order Process

• All pre-order items are shipped from Europe, with an estimated delivery time of 3–4 weeks (business days only, excluding holidays and customs clearance).
  Actual delivery time may vary depending on the brand’s shipping schedule and international logistics.

• All pre-order items are procured every two weeks, and we will ship them together once the pre-order items arrive.

🔄 Return & Exchange Policy

• As all pre-order items are international special orders, returns or exchanges are not accepted.
  Please double-check product details such as size, color, and other specifications before placing your order.
  

• If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

🧾 Order & Shipping Confirmation

• Please follow the website process to complete your order.
  Submitting your order indicates your intent to purchase.
  

• Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an Order Confirmation Email. At that point, the purchase agreement is officially established. You will also receive a Shipping Notification Email once the items have been dispatched.

• If we are unable to fulfill your order due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., product unavailability), we will contact you and issue a full refund.
