Mon BéBé is a European mother-and-baby brand, responsible for website operations and international shipping to Taiwan. Jewelry products are provided and fulfilled exclusively by our partner Shee’s Fine Jewelry, which handles all related logistics and deliveries.
2. Orders and Payment
All prices are based on the amounts displayed on the website at the time of purchase.
Orders must be paid in full upon confirmation. Unpaid orders will not be reserved or processed.
3. Shipping and Delivery
Mother-and-baby products are shipped from Europe, while jewelry products are shipped directly by Shee’s Fine Jewelry.
Buyers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. We are not liable for failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete recipient details.
Risk and ownership of products transfer to the buyer (or their designated recipient) once delivery has been completed.
4. International Pre-Order Products: Return & Exchange Policy
All international pre-order products sold on this website are shipped directly from the European brand after the order is placed. These are pre-order items and not in-stock goods.
In accordance with Article 19, Paragraph 1 of the Taiwan Consumer Protection Act, and due to the nature of cross-border logistics and import procedures, returns, exchanges, or cancellations are not accepted for any reason.
For hygiene and customization reasons, certain items (e.g., unsealed mother-and-baby goods, customized jewelry) are strictly non-returnable.
Where returns are permitted, the buyer is responsible for international return shipping costs, unless the product is defective. Refunds (if applicable) will be issued within 14 days after inspection.
Important Notes Before Ordering:
Delivery times for pre-order items may be affected by European dispatch schedules, international shipping, and customs clearance. Exact delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.
In cases of temporary stock shortages, product discontinuation, or other supply issues from the European brand, we will notify customers and process a full refund.
If a product arrives with major defects or shipping damage, buyers must contact customer service within 3 days of receipt and provide unboxing videos and photos. We will assist with claims to the brand or supplier.

5. Product Quality and Liability
We guarantee that products will be delivered as described. Please contact customer service within a reasonable time if defects are discovered.
We are not responsible for damages caused by improper use, negligence, or abnormal handling by the buyer.

All website content, including product designs, images, text, and trademarks, are the property of Mon BéBé or its partners. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.
7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the European jurisdiction where Mon BéBé is registered.
Consumers in Taiwan may also exercise their rights under the Taiwan Consumer Protection Act.
Disputes should first be resolved amicably through negotiation. If no resolution is reached, claims may be brought before a competent court of jurisdiction.
8. Force Majeure and Miscellaneous
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by force majeure events (including but not limited to pandemics, natural disasters, wars, or logistics disruptions). However, we will make every effort to provide alternative solutions where possible.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.
